Being A Teacher: What Inspires You As An Educator

Why would I like to become a school teacher? It was easy for me to make the decision to be a teacher. This was a decision that I made as a result from reflecting on my own life goals. I’ve chosen to become a teacher because I think it’s a career that has enduring impact. I think that teachers are the ones who can create a foundation for lifelong learning and success. Teachers can have a profound impact on society and change the course of history. I want be a teacher because I think that every child deserves the best education available, regardless of their race, social status or parents’ educational accomplishments.

Teachers who have been my heroes and role models throughout my education journey. My teachers have been those who challenged me in ways I couldn’t comprehend, set high goals, were patient and motivated me. Yet, they still made me feel comfortable sharing my struggles. Great communicators with the ability to explain difficult topics in an easy-to-understand way, they were a great resource. They cared more about me than just my education. They also wanted me to be a well-rounded person so I could face the challenges of society. These experiences helped me to become the kind of teacher that I want to be. They incorporated my strengths, skills and values.

The teachers should inspire the children in a safe, comfortable environment. This environment fosters a high level of self-esteem, which allows the children to achieve their goals and go beyond. As a school teacher, I want to help students reach those goals to become their best selves. My goal will be to make my students productive members in society. This is why I have asked myself, based on my own experiences and those of wonderful educators who I’ve worked with, what better career to pursue. Teaching is not just a job to me. It is a way to make a difference in the world and I am excited to have the chance to do that.

The best teachers are those who encourage thinking and stimulate the brain, not simply those who explain. A teacher who does not only demonstrate but also cultivates concepts is an excellent teacher. A great teacher inspires students, encourages them, supports their struggles, and encourages them to take risks. An excellent educator goes above and beyond to make sacrifices. Teachers can help students to believe in themselves and their dreams. Effective teachers can differentiate, modify, and accommodate students who have different learning challenges and styles. A great teacher won’t let a child accept failure or defeat. They will keep going until the question has been answered and understood. If the lesson is still not understood, a teacher of exceptional quality will adopt a new method to teach it. This would include Response To Intervention. My goal is to become this kind of teacher.

Why would you like to become a Teacher? Answers vary from person to person. I don’t see it as a challenge, but rather a great chance to encourage and inspire my students. I’ve met teachers who do not take full advantage of this great opportunity. Instead, they are teaching for money only, and don’t have a true passion for their work. Students are often forced to attend school, and they have to face different mental and emotional challenges. All students should be prepared to begin learning. A compassionate teacher is often required to bend down and reach students at their level to ensure they succeed. Teachers must therefore not only be knowledgeable about the subject but also have the ability to impart things such as character, ethics, and integrity. These little things can make a big difference in the lives of your students. As a conclusion to this essay, here are my reasons to become a educator. I want to make a difference for the world’s future.
